The Old Bridge Volunteer First Aid and Rescue Squad, Inc has been serving the residents of Old
Bridge Township for the past 60 years from our headquarters located at 200 Marlboro Rd.
Our Squad is made up of 100 % volunteers and all our services are brought to you at no cost. We
operate 4 Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances and 1 first responder vehicle, providing
emergency medical services for the township of Old Bridge. Old Bridge Twp. is located in
Middlesex County which is in Central New Jersey.
Old Bridge First Aid & Rescue Squad, Inc does not bill or charge patients for any of its services.
Providing such a service at no cost it a very difficult thing to accomplish. Our Squad relies solely
on donations from residents and businesses in our community. Currently we are attempting to
replace 2 ambulances that were are over 10 years old which will cost in excess of 200,000 dollars,
update some of our equipment and do some much needed building improvements. If you or
someone you know would like to make a much needed donation of time or money please mail your

services. Daytime coverage (6am-6pm) is provided by a contracted private corporation called "O.B.T.E.M.S." on weekdays. This
company has NO affiliation with Old Bridge First Aid and Rescue Squad nor are they owned or operated by a governmental agency.
This service is provided at no out of pocket cost to Old Bridge residents but they can bill your insurance company, you are not
